    Rikishu Kairo was the strongest Upbringer of his era-until the day he vanished in battle and was declared dead. Years later, the Upbringers' Citadel still honours his name, unaware that Echo-the legend they buried-never truly disappeared. Royushi Kairo is nothing like him. Accidentally recruited into the Citadel, Royushi is average at best, unmotivated, and ranked far below his peers. He doesn't chase power, recognition, or even love. He simply exists-unnoticed, unremarkable, and unprepared. Until the day he nearly dies. When a mysterious hologram saves him from the brink of death, Royushi meets a man who refuses to give his name-yet knows him better than anyone ever has. The hologram senses within Royushi a dormant force called Shuryoku, a potential so vast it has gone completely ignored. As Royushi is drawn into secret training guided by a legend the world believes is dead, a greater threat begins to stir. Sevran Axiom, a man who believes potential must be claimed by force, sees Royushi not as a person-but as unfinished property. Caught between a mentor who waits and a villain who demands, Royushi must confront the one thing he has always avoided: Trying. ECHOBOUND is a slow-burning supernatural academy novel about wasted potential, silent legends, and the terrifying choice to awaken. Kick787 RR This will also be on RoyalRoad

    Love is inherently a complex emotion, so much so that even the gods grow weary of its endless cycle. To put an end to this chaos, Cupid decided to create a solution: connecting lovers with a red thread of fate. Those bound by this thread would clearly see the connection between them, as a confirmation that they were meant to be together. Every trait, personality, and destiny would align perfectly, as if the universe had already planned it. However, in a strange twist, the thread decided to bind Cassius to his cold and powerful mother, a duchess renowned for her icy heart. This connection not only confused Cassius but also placed him in a dilemma, forcing him to face complex emotions and family secrets he had never suspected. Then, on a fateful day, Cassius saw the red thread appear once again. This time, it did not connect him to his mother but to a girl that he'd never met. Why had the thread appeared between them? And could this connection be a test of fate, or merely a cruel joke by the gods? ------- [No NTR][No Yuri]

    I am Akira. A Shardling. My power is small, they say. I can scatter glimmers into illusions, weave whispers into echoes, make the air shimmer like broken glass. Tricks. Flickers. Nothing worthy of legends. Yet Sakuragem trembles. The Emeraldites whisper of forests dimming. The Sapphirans tighten their silent barriers. Even the Prismatic Ascendants have begun watching the horizon more often than the throne. Because above our jeweled realm, within the cold walls of Yomiho Fortress, the Eclipthar are stirring. Reality itself has begun to crack like flawed crystal. And though I am only a Shardling, only light and sound, only fragments...I have begun to notice something strange about my powers. The light I bend no longer behaves like mere illusion. The echoes I cast sometimes answer back. Perchance the lowest shard can still cut. Perhaps even the smallest fracture can split a kingdom. My name is Akira. And this is where my story begins.

    Chase is known as the strongest, bravest, and most reliable pup on the team. He's the first to leap into danger, the one Ryder always counts on, and the pup who never lets his guard down. But when a high-stakes mission to rescue a family trapped in a landslide goes horribly wrong, Chase is buried beneath the rubble-alone, injured, and surrounded by darkness. Though he's rescued in time, something inside him has changed. Back at the Lookout, everyone cheers for his bravery. They treat him like a hero. But Chase doesn't feel like one. He can't sleep. Loud noises make him flinch. And during the next mission, he freezes-paralyzed by fear he can't explain. He hides it, pushing harder, barking louder, pretending he's fine. But Skye sees through the cracks. As the pressure mounts and the missions continue, Chase is forced to confront the truth: he's struggling with trauma, fear, and shame. He's terrified of letting the team down-but more terrified of being seen as weak. Ryder notices the change too and makes a quiet decision: to show Chase that even leaders can be vulnerable. With support from Ryder, Skye, and the rest of the team, Chase learns that bravery isn't about always being strong-it's about being honest, even when it hurts. Because sometimes the hardest rescue... is rescuing yourself.

    Love was not stolen from him. It was erased. Ethan was once a man of warmth and quiet dreams, a chef who believed a life shared was enough. That life ended the day his wife survived and forgot him. When Emberlyn Scarlet, the Blazing Valkyrie and one of humanity's greatest hunters, awoke without her memories, the truth became a crime. Ethan was branded a liar, beaten in the streets, and cast out while the woman he loved watched without recognition. What remained was a promise made in blood and rain. He will become strong enough to stand beside her again. Two years later, legends whisper his name. Wreathed in lightning and wielding enchanted blades, Ethan returns as something far beyond human. Power, rank, and fear now follow him wherever he walks. But strength cannot heal what was stolen, and the woman he loves still looks through him as if he is nothing more than empty air. As Emberlyn struggles with dreams of a life she can't remember and a longing she can't explain, the distance between them grows more dangerous than any monster. This is a story of love and loss. Of memories erased and bonds tested by time. And of a devastating truth: What if strength was never the answer and love alone isn't enough when only one heart remembers it ever existed?

    The world is a battlefield of absolute powers. To the West, High Mages weave the fabric of reality into devastating spells and Warriors follow the rigid paths of legendary Classes. To the East, Cultivators refine their souls through centuries of meditation, seeking to ascend as Immortals. Between them lie the Dungeons-ancient, lawless zones where only the strongest survive. In this world of giants, power is everything. And you have none. The Error in the System Reborn into the broken shell of a Beetleant-Mantis hybrid, the protagonist is a biological mistake. Born paralyzed, fragile, and minutes from death, he is the "Weakest Link" in a world that harvests the weak for XP and Spirit Stones. But nature's failure is the System's opportunity. Activated at the moment of his first near-death experience, the Primordial Omni-Sovereign System grants him a single, terrifying directive: Devour. Adapt. Ascend. The Path to Sovereignty A World of Prey To a tiny larva, a Level 1 Mage is a god of thunder, and a fresh Cultivator is a mountain of spiritual energy. To survive, he must hunt from the shadows, stealing the bloodlines of beasts and the mana-circuits of men. The Biological Architect: Forget standard "Level Ups." Through Adaptive Evolution, every meal rewrites his DNA. Eat a Fire Mage to grow heat-resistant chitin; devour a Cultivator to etch spirit-veins into his wings. The Unlikely Empire: He won't just evolve himself he will evolve the world. Building a kingdom from the dirt up, he grafts stolen traits onto his loyal subjects, creating a hybrid legion of Mage-Insects and Cultivator-Beasts that even the Gods will learn to fear. They called him an extinction-level threat. They were wrong. He is the Extinction that is Ascending.

I wonder if I'll ever be able to escape, half of me doesn't even care if I do, but the other wants to get out of this room, and try to bring out the happiness I still have left inside me. Iris Rossi Valentina, is a 17 year old trapped in a illegal psychiatric ward. She's prisoned her self with guilt, and many emotions. Does she make friends, and get better, or does something horrible take over. -I scramble to the corner of the room, hearing the handle of the door gingle. The door opens, and for a few seconds I can see a dim light, and the same two men that come here every day. I can't see what they look like but I can tell from their tall frame, muscular arms, that they are possibly very strong, and capable of killing me in a second.- {Posts every Saturday, if able too}
