Seongje never expected that someone would stay. After his parents abandoned him he wouldn't let anyone in his life, not because he didn't want to, he just simply didn't believe someone could care. He was expecting abandonment. His gaze was always cold and dangerous, scaring people off. He liked it, it let him stay alone, away from pthe world. So when someone started getting too close to him, it was pissing him off. Not because he hated it, but because he wasn't used to it. He wasn't used to affection and now when he started getting it, he realized how much he craved it.
