Every storm leaves something behind. Twenty-three-year-old Skylar Hayes has spent her life running toward the storms everyone else flees. After a deadly tornado claims her veteran storm-chaser father, she vows to prove his final forecast was right-and that his death wasn't the result of reckless chasing. Joining an elite storm-chasing research team known as Tempest One, Skylar crosses Tornado Alley in pursuit of the most violent supercells ever recorded. Alongside brilliant meteorologists, fearless photographers, and emergency responders, she quickly learns that Mother Nature doesn't care about reputations... or second chances. But when an unprecedented weather pattern begins spawning tornadoes with impossible strength, Skylar uncovers evidence that someone is ignoring safety warnings in pursuit of fame and viral footage. Now the race isn't just against the storm. It's against time. With entire towns in the path of destruction, Skylar must decide whether to capture the storm of a lifetime... or sacrifice everything to save the people beneath it. Sometimes the greatest battle isn't surviving the tornado. It's surviving the choices made before it touches the ground.

"She's a storm. Not the kind you run from. The kind you chase." -Unknown Zoe Barnett had never been one to run from a storm. In fact, more often than not, she was the one running directly into it. She'd loved storms as long as she could remember; especially tornadoes. It was something she and her twin brother Jeb had in common, aside from their birthday. It was for this reason, that it was like a match made in heaven when she was placed in a room with Kate Carter her Freshman year of college. They both loved storm chasing, and together, they were going to find a way to slow down tornadoes, or maybe even stop them entirely. It was their thesis project...and they dragged all of their friends into it with them. But something went wrong. The project didn't work. The storm they were chasing only got stronger and...three of their friends died because of it...including Jeb. Kate disappeared entirely, refusing to finish her PHD and opting instead to move to New York and take a job behind a desk. Zoe went the opposite way; meeting up with a popular streamer and his team and becoming one of the most popular storm chasers on the internet. She didn't let what happened to her brother stop her from doing what she loved... But after losing the two most importent people in her life to a storm, Zoe has no intention of letting anyone get too close; Especially not Tyler Owens, her storm chasing parter who's been in love with her practically since the day they met. Things take a turn however, when Kate and Javi, the only other survivors of the tornado, return to the storm chasing scene, forcing Zoe to confront her past, as well as her biggest fears. Love is a storm. It can make you feel alive...but it can also tear you down. You have to decide...is it the kind of storm you run from? Or the kind you chase?

In a world where emotions were power, a single glitch can level a city. South Korea is the pinnacle of the future-a utopia built on Conduit Engineering. Here, magic isn't a fairy tale, it's a commodity. Human feelings are harvested, bottled, and sold to power everything from skyscrapers to the very air people breathe. But the system only works if the source is stable. Aluna is anything but stable. A student from Jakarta with bipolar disorder, she is one of the rare Unbound Conduits. Her emotions manifest as the Celestial Weathervane: when she is high the aurora flares, when she is low the world freezes. To the Magic Safety Task Force (MSTF), she is a ticking bomb that needs to be 'stabilized'-a polite term for stripping the soul. Desperate to keep her magic and her mind intact, Aluna was chosen to represent her university for an exchange program in Seoul-the most monitored city on Earth. Hidden behind her textbooks and protected by her fierce best friend, Aluna must navigate a city of sensors designed to hunt her down. But Seoul holds a secret more dangerous than any detector. Among the elite 'monsters' who govern the city's energy, lives a Resonant Void-a person built of silence who can swallow Aluna's storms whole. He is the only one who can save her from the MSTF, and the only one capable of erasing her entirely. In the city of a thousand lights, the most dangerous thing you can do is feel.

Description adds the cri in cringe. To read the description is to cut half the fun in the story. But if you insist... lol This is a story of an orphan of The Merle House, Brooklyn. She grew up with Adeline in a crowded family of 16. When they took her away, dark gloomy clouds hovered over her head. It had not leave her since. The Walkman from the library stitches Brooklyn's broken heart with threads of music she loves. I have no idea how to write a description but this is more or less it. This is my idea draft? I imagine this in a movie sequence.
