She was there alone, soaked from the thunderstorm raging over head. Sitting still, she only showed signs of life when she heard heavy footsteps run to the pier before her. It was a man. Getting up, she changed the courses their lives would take by going to him. Been struggling with my own mental health for a while now and wanted to write a story of hope for not only myself, but others. Image not mine.
