Four beings exist, outside of time itself, these are the Time-Weavers. Each Time-Weaver has their own duty by which to weave the tapestry of Time. One of these Time-Weavers duty does not bring them any joy. Nay one could say it is the bane of his existence, though his existence be tied to his duty.

"The dream weavers live on the clouds. They are a fairly peaceful people who create dreams for little boys and girls. "They are a kind and caring people, but some of them are reckless." This is the story of a dream weaver and a mean little boy and why kindness can sometimes be the most important vehicle for change.
