Webb graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Oklahoma. The National Cheerleaders Association hired him while he was still a student because he was a prominent campus leader and member of the university cheer squad. The National Cheerleaders Association hired Webb when he finished his studies, but he later left to found the Universal Cheerleading Association and Varsity Brands. In addition to his prosperous business career, Webb is a devoted philanthropist. He has collaborated closely with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for more than ten years. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is the leading hospital for treating and curing kids' cancers and other serious diseases. Webb has also spent a lot of time working with Special Olympics, the largest sports organization in the world that offers year-round training and events for people with disabilities. The organization now provides services to over five million individuals in more than 170 nations.
