This is a story of one man and a few allies he has at his side against the entire world. Peter Parker, previously known as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, ever since the age of 15, had a 14-year career, an experience as being the hero that we all know and love however, thanks to one of his nemesis actions a little over a year ago named Otto Octavius, he had somehow taken over Peter's body and operated under the alias Superior Spider-Man... In doing so, he perverted everything that Peter or rather Spider-Man had stood for and in the process destroyed a lot of friendships, burned a lot of bridges and had turned friends and family against him. Now that Peter has regained control, he had been fighting a losing battle in restoring his honor and his name. Not to mention the very heroes that he used to look up to, fought beside or even see as family, it turns out they weren't what they seemed. With so called "heroes" and rouges gunning after him, Peter has opted to stop pulling his punches... even more now that he found something of his own that he will die protecting. So enters... Five years ago, Peter Parker chose something no Spider-Man ever truly believes he's allowed to have-peace. After the events of Spider-Man: Head of the Demon, Peter has fully retired from the mask. He now leads Parker Industries, is married to Carol Danvers, and is raising their two-year-old daughter, May. For the first time in his life, Peter Parker isn't surviving-he's living. New York still has a Spider-Man. Miles Morales has graduated high school, interns at Parker Industries, and attends Horizon University. He's no longer learning how to be Spider-Man-he is Spider-Man. Confident, capable, and carrying the city on his shoulders, Miles represents a future built on hope instead of guilt. But destiny doesn't forget. When a silent, ancient predator returns to the world, one who hunts Spider-Totems across realities, everything Peter and Miles fought to protect is put at risk. Morlun doesn't seek power, control, or chaos-he seeks balance through consumption. And to him, Spider-Men who live too long are an error that must be corrected. As disappearances leave no evidence, Spider-Sense screams without warning, and the Web of Life and Destiny begins to strain once more, Peter is forced to confront a terrifying truth: retirement does not sever destiny-it only delays it. Spider-Man: Fractured Web is a grounded, emotional sequel about legacy, family, and the cost of survival. It explores what happens after the victory speeches fade, when heroes try to move on, and when the past comes hunting not for revenge-but for completion. Because some threats can't be punched. And some webs can only survive if someone is willing to let go.
