Summer was finally here, and Amira was excited to return to her little village in the heart of Morocco. Not only was she happy to reunite with her family, but also to help her older sister with her wedding preparations. She thought that she would make the journey alone, but it turned out that a certain family was going to accompany her. This same family housed a person Amira never expected to talk to again. Ten years have passed, but the event she experienced with him was still stuck in her mind. ° ° ° It's 93k words. My story is a romance taking place in North-Africa and a little bit in France. I hope you learn a little bit about my culture through it and enjoy the love story 🥰. There is some angst, but it's mostly fluff. Please leave a comment if you like it 🤍 • English is not my mother tongue. If you see any grammar and/or syntax errors, please tell me. I still have to correct some spelling here and there( a lot in the first chapters 😅) so please bare with me 🫶🏼 Thank you !

"Linda, why aren't you coming out", I heard Steve ask behind me. I didn't turn to look at him. I kept staring at the mirror, looking at the lady I had become. I looked different dressed in a wedding gown with the light makeup on my face and the new hairstyle Grace had made me do. "I'm just scared Steve. Is this really the right thing to do?", I could barely hear my voice as I asked that question. "Linda, you know, even better than I do that this marriage is not anything close to a mistake." I could see from the mirror as he came closer to me. He hugged me from the back and planted a kiss on my cheek. "How about we do a bit of reminiscing? Talk about it from the beginning and give you the assurance you're doing the right thing.", He said. His voice sounding so innocent and intriguing I could feel the butterflies it threw into my stomach. Giggling, I asked, "Do we have enough time for that?" "Anything for my sweetheart", He said as he drew a seat and sat in front of me. Then he started, "A love story, yes, just not your regular one. You might be expecting the usual collide and love at first sight issue, or the best friends turn lovers or the enemies turn lovers or even the secret admirer, but ours wasn't those ways, It is way way different from what you think."

Wedding planning book where its all about the planning less about the couple. My first try at writing so it won't probably be your cup of tea, but if you're here for the wedding do enjoy! ---------------------------------------------------------------- when I was a kid, I went to a lot of weddings. I would sit at the front so I could watch the bride walk down the aisle in all her beauty, with the flowers, the veil, the cake and well...the groom. but he doesn't play such a role much does he? Take her to a romantic reastaurant some roses nice dinner and pop the question! After that, the planning for what flowers, ivory or creme, how many guests and so on is what the bride does. And on the wedding day they come to say ' I do ' and there you go, happily married. It might seem like a whirlwind of planning but ever since I was a kid that is what I wanted the most, my own wedding to plan and make perfect of.
