Her heart begins to race as the pathway remains empty. Where was Wednesday? No one answers her and she quickens her pace, the faces she passes blurring in insignificance, the sounds around her becoming more and more muted. Enid reaches the school. Hey y'all this is my first time writing a story so it's probably not going to be much good I'm sorry😭😭. But anyway it's gonna be Wenclair fanfic and I'll try to make it slow burn😈. As the events of Wednesday Season 2 play out, a new character appears, an old, assumed missing, Nevermore Student has returned. A student with a rare ability, a Phoenix, blessed or perhaps cursed to never be dead forever. What Wednesday and the others don't understand is her peculiar hatred towards a particular zombie, and how it connects to the convoluted past of Nevermore. Could she be the key to defeating the zombie on the loose? Or will her unexplained ties to old classmates get in Wednesday's way? This fanfic will likely include some language, likely nothing more than the swears already included in the show. No I do not write any spice, so if you are looking for a fic of that variety you will not find it here twin.

The anticipation for season 2 is killing me, so this is what I'm doing with my time now. I'm not the best writer but I'm learning slowly. I'm posting to see if this would interest you all as well. All inspiration and most characters are from Netflix's Wednesday, and I do not intend on making any profit from this. The story-line in this, however, is my own. This is currently in the beginning, beginning stages, so please bear with me and any changes that might occur to the story, such as a title change.
