The hunt for the culprit leads right into Tyler's past and makes him question whether what he believes about himself is actually true. Perhaps it's not too late to make the heart of this Hyde flicker? *** This story is set in an imagined season 4 of the show. It's told entirely in Tyler's POV as he navigates Nevermore after having learned to control his Hyde (well, somewhat at least... you'll see!). It also features a slow burn (because I don't think there is any other way to do this, as there is a lot of healing and mending needed) romance between him and Wednesday.

In which, Wednesday goes to visit Enid, in Nevermore, and sees a very familiar face behind the counter, in the Weathervane.

Between surviving Camp Hyde, the rumored beast in the woods, returning to Nevermore and Willow Hill, and saving Enid, Tyler and Wednesday's relationship is constantly challenged and interrupted (partly thanks to Fester). Both must fight for what they truly want and for each other. In this enemies-to-lovers, second chance Wyler fanfiction romance, Tyler Galpin gets a second chance at being a hero and overcoming his past and the mistakes he made. Wednesday has the chance to see the part she played in Tyler's villain story and to overcome her own insecurities and fears. Both are given the opportunity to start over and be together without secrets, vendettas, or ulterior motives hanging over the relationship. Written from a present-tense, dual POV, we get to get inside both character's minds. POVs switch between chapters. New chapters to be uploaded weekly.

Blinded by anger and hatred after learning of his mother's past, he slipped and allowed Laurel to forcefully make him do her bidding. He was ordered to stay close to Wednesday, to be an ally and a friend, but as days pass, those feelings of friendship turn into something more towards her. However, a pet cannot disobey its master's orders in fear of punishment so despite his growing feelings, he betrays her. But when the battle against Wednesday and Laurel subside, the chain linking him to Laurel was cut and he became free. __________ - Takes place right after as he turns into a monster in the truck (episode 8, near the ending) - Fake events/name/tribes/people - Approximately 700-1,000 words per chapter

Honestly I really like Tyler, and I kinda feel they did him and Wednesday dirty (like the wasted potential I can't even-) and people like to forget that he was yk manipulated, groomed and controlled. We deserve a grumpy black cat x sunshine golden retriever type of couple. So here are some cutesy scenes with them if they had been given a chance to develop into, well more.

When she fights, a vision appears, Tyler dying on the ground in the Forest of Jericho. Wednesday tries not to go up that she is upset by her vision and black tears begin to return. Weems reappears and says that this is the second step to regain his psychic powers, however when a threat appears and talks about Tyler, Wednesday becomes distracted and falls into a coma. Her spiritual guide offers her a deal to save Enid from her werewolf form, Tyler and herself. She can go back in time, when she discovers that Tyler is the Hyde. Will she reconsider her actions and succeed in saving all her loved ones where will she still fail and not listen to Tyler's little signals.

What happens if... everything turned out differently than it should be? What if fate gave them a chance? What if... what if... what if... what if Tyler and Wednesday end up together after all? This is made by a desperate wedler fan and wednesday simp. It is my first fanfic so it is VERY imperfect, And there is gonna be a repetition of episodes, but I will make it different, I'm not gonna update always because I'm very busy at school. Maybe I'm not gonna continue it after all lmao , but I'll try my best If someones gonna copy my story, I have a rifle btw. While Wednesday is finding Enid, she also has had a lot of time to think of stuff that she hasn't had the time to think about. Does that include the monster she's had multiple encounters with this school year? Who knows. Read to find out!
