This is the first time in years that I actually go through with my diet and go to the gym. I won't be super proper when I'm writing, well because I want to be realistic and I'm going to try to be 100% myself. It all started January 3 2015. When my doctor told me :" You are killing yourself by eating too much" I knew that the time was ripe for a change. Live or die. Should I die because I love to eat? Not a good Idea. I tried other timesto lose weight but since I started to write books back in 2013 I gave up on my bicycle tours and I ended up behind a PC writing and wrtiting and getting heavier and hevier . Nine years gone. I'm an obese scumbag now. But if the PC has condemned me to be such a slot, the PC shall save me because every time I feel the craving for food I grab my bottle of water and I start adding to this book.
