    This is the first time I have a title of a book before I start writing it. This is going to be a diary of my daily progress. I'm obese (129 Kg). When my doctor told me :" You are killing yourself by eating too much" I knew that the time was ripe for a change. Live or die. Should I die because I love to eat? Not a good Idea. I tried other timesto lose weight but since I started to write books back in 2013 I gave up on my bicycle tours and I ended up behind a PC writing and wrtiting and getting heavier and hevier . Nine years gone. I'm an obese scumbag now. But if the PC has condemned me to be such a slot, the PC shall save me because every time I feel the craving for food I grab my bottle of water and I start adding to this book.
