My first Pointless Paragraph, about a young girl not knowing her true power.

حزام المعدة انتشرت عملية حزام المعدة في الفترة التي ظهر فيها، وقام العديد من المرضي بعمل هذه العملية، نظرا لكونها جراحة بسيطة ولا يوجد بها أي مخاطر فالمعدة تظل كما هي ولكن يتم تصغيرها بواسطة حزام المعدة، كما أقبل الكثير من المرضي عليها نظرا لأنه يمكن نزع الحزام في أي وقت. حيث كان يتم تصغير حجم المعدة بواسطة الحزام عن طريق تحزيم المعدة من أعلي، والتالي يصبح للمريض معدة صغيرة، فيشعر بالشبع من تناول وجبة صغيرة، إلا أن الجسم أحيانا يرفع الجزام من مكانه إلى أعلي فيغلق فم المعدة بأكمله مما كان يجعل المريض غير قادر علي تناول أي طعام ويلجأ إلى شرب العصائر والسكريات والأغذية سريعة الامتصاص، أو ينزلق الحزام إلى أسفل وبالتالي يكبر حجم المعدة وبالتالي يأكل المريض بنفس الكمية التي كان يأكلها فيوقف التخسيس بل بالعكس يمكن أن يزيد وزنه على الحزام. لهذه العيوب لا ينصح باستخدام حزام المعدة ويمكن القول إن 90% من مراكز جراحات السمنة المفرطة في مصر وفي العالم أوقفت التعامل بحزام المعدة.

I wanna loose some weight. Not too much and not unhealthily. Please don't read if calories, weight and exercise trigger you. As well as healthy eating and/or mental health.

I waited for someone to get to the edge to pull me up when I noticed the pebble on the slab of rock I was standing on, were rolling down and disappearing below me. The ledge was slowing tilting downwards; taking me with it for the ride. I didn't have time to think, I started screaming for Charlie and fearing death. My breathing become uneven and in a world full of air, I couldn't find any. I was going to die. I was going to die without saying goodbye to my family or my friends. I was going to die without ever really telling Adam how I felt.

What makes songs so memorable? Have you ever thought about it? What really makes songs so popular that they stay with us forever? Could it be..how the drummers beat affects the song? Or is it even how the guitars rip a new life into you when you hear that one song that you love? Most people would think its the vocals, the lyrics, even the singers. The singers, are, indeed the most important part. The numerous singers in the music itself keep it alive. The many singers kept within the song, are the reason why the song stays popular. The many singers always, non stop, singing the music and are trapped within the music. That is how music stays so popular. That's the secret nobody wants you to know. But I am setting this truth free. I as well as the others that are trapped in this acursed song, are telling the truth. Don't believe us? Well, be careful next time you listen to your favorite song.
