Seventeen-year old Slobodinka Kiyruskin, or biologically Elantra Dukakis, is a Greek high school senior adopted by conservative Russian parents who meets and develops a relationship with her polo, khaki, and boating shoe-donning class valedictorian, Addison Pecksniff. Addison is a terse yet eloquent transatlantic-speaking soon-to-be Stanford-bound professional golf-playing and fencing president of the National and National Math Honors Societies, founder of the school's Coding Club and fencing team since ninth grade, and the top test-scorer in AP Physics, AP Gov, and both AP Stat-classes. He not only routinely sits at Slobodinka's lunch table with his AP classmates, but has a nasty and impulsively sleazy secret he confides in her about: a foot fetish, turning her parents off once they find out.

A story about a 14 year old girl named Sophie who after years of letting everyone step on her is now someone different, and has to deal with the consequences of taking bad choices in highschool, and all of the problems in her present.
