When little baby Laura goes missing, no one is looking. Her kidnapper isn't who you would think, though. This is my experience with all types of self harm. Stories that I have heard from others (anonymous and permission was given to use the stories), how to help those in need, how to help yourself, what is self harm, understanding it, inspiration to stop, and this is a completely judgment free zone. I am making this to help people understand they are NOT alone in their struggle or pain. There are ways to help yourself and to get better. Please just put the blade, flame, elastic, anything you use to hurt yourself down. Eat some food keep it inside, don't hit yourself, don't hit something hard tonite. Please don't.
