Marina Salen also known as Mari was born four years after her brother. Yes, it is illegal to have a sibling, so her mom hide her with a family that couldn't have any kids. She knew who her parents, and brother was, but she knew she couldn't tell anyone. She had met a girl named Octavia and they became friends because they had so much in common, and mainly because their brothers were good friends. When she was 13 Jaha had found out and when her brother tried to help her and got floated for it. Along with flouting her real mom and dad, and even her adoptive parents. Marina didn't mind that her adoptive dad got floated because him and her ex boyfriend used to abuse her. That's how she came to now Clarke, because she would have to go to Abby so she could help her with her injuries. Since Marina was under 18 they sent her to be imprisoned in the sky box, away from her friends Clarke, Wells, Finn, Octavia, and Bellamy. Four years later, she and 99 others are sent down to Earth by Jaha. She is reunited with not only Clarke, but Octavia, Finn, Wells, and even Bellamy, who she happens to have a crush on. She even finds out her brother wasn't floated but sent to Earth. What happens when Bellamy ends up having a crush on her too after all these years.

Effy Wilson was arrested on The Ark for stealing medical supplies. At the age of 17 years old, turning 18, she is sent to a radiation soaked planet, and meets Bellamy Blake. (i literally suck at descriptions. But I think this is ok? )
