Lady Grandma sends a spirit to observe the five Daemon men as they enter the portal and it closes. The Daemons encounter a human on Earth, and they adopt him as a "prisoner." They make the decision to live in her apartment as they get to know Earth better. She reluctantly accepts their presence, hoping that at some point they'll go away and leave her alone. Also i hope rhys' insanely formal way of speaking isnt annoying to anyone! He likes to describe things very specifically so that there are zero miscommunications, and it can sometimes come off like he's being rude or implying he thinks hes smarter/better than everyone.
