His chest was pressed against my back, and I could feel every steady breath he took. My heart felt like it would fly out my chest. Electricity sparked where his skin touched mine, like an intense live wire. Dangerous and unpredictable. I felt immensely weak, his presence overpowering me. "Go ahead Wendy." Peter pushed, his breath against the back of my neck. I shivered. "Give him the punishment he deserves."~ ••• Night after night , Wendy Darling's mother told her tales of amazing heroes and ugly villains, beautiful creatures and horrid monsters. But out of all the enchanting stories she heard, there was one that always rose above all others. Neverland. She was constantly imagining what it would be like to be there herself. To be with none other than Peter Pan, and his peculiar group of Lost Boys. And one night, she finds herself waking up in none other than the place of her dreams. Neverland. But it isn't the mystical, magical island she thought it was. Her fear refuses to accept it's anything but a dream. Nothing can hurt her here, right? Well, that is until she's being hunted in the woods. She'll learn the hard way that danger waits for her just around the corner of every tree, every boulder, every lagoon. And every person.

We all know that Wendy and Peter Pan were always destined to be together, but Wendy isn't the movie character you've grown to love. Wendy Darling has lost her two brothers, John and Michael, and is blamed for their disappearance. So, Wendy is sent off to the farm country, far from London and her old life. She yearns to find out where her brothers have gone and to be free of the Becketts' farm. However, when things start to go wrong again for Wendy in her new home, she will have no other choice but to fly to the second star to the right. Meeting Peter could be the new start she was looking for, or will his selfishness cause Wendy to hate who she has become?

The following short pieces are a prelude to a major project I am working on called Dark Pan. These shorts will act as a prelude to my major project - setting up the world for the series I am writing. Tinkerbell is not the sweet fun loving, fall-in-love with Peter fairy we all remember and love, she is corrupted by a Dark Stranger. Peter Pan, a boy kidnapped from his home, corrupted by Tink, kidnaps other boys so that their youth can feed the darkness of the Lands of Never. There is even a twist on James Hook, Smee, and the rest of the pirates.
