Kate was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 13 which is also called Emphysema . At the age of 16 it became so fatal that she was rushed to the hospital and ever since then her life has changed . One day as her and her hospital bestfriend talked in the eating room the most handsome boy walked in . Kates eyes were amazed . She was in love . But what happened after that ruined her life .
