Maddie Buckley-Han is a 9-1-1 dispatcher that works in the biggest city in California, Los Angeles. She works a tight schedule, but loves her job so much, her husband Howard "Chimney" Han is a firefighter that also works in the city of Los Angeles. It was love at first sight for the two of them, Chimney also works tight shifts including holidays. The pair together has a 3 year old daughter, Jee-yuh Buckley-Han, the sweetest bundle of joy and the butterfly of their lives, the little one that keeps them on their toes.
