Maddie Buckley-Han is a 9-1-1 dispatcher that works in the biggest city in California, Los Angeles. She works a tight schedule, but loves her job so much, her husband Howard "Chimney" Han is a firefighter that also works in the city of Los Angeles. It was love at first sight for the two of them, Chimney also works tight shifts including holidays.
