"D- do you s-still l-l-like me??" My baby asks, his eyes shining with unshed tears. I'll never get used to those gorgeous eyes. The way they always carry his emotions, telling me everything I need to know about him. I lift him to my hip, his weight ever so light. "Baby, you're stuttering. You know I don't like you doing that with me. " I caress his face, thumb brushing his lower lip. I lower my head to his height, placing a slow kiss to his lips, lingering a bit just to feel his tender skin on mine. "And no. I don't like you." I watch as the color drains from his face. "T-t-he-n w-w-hy d-di-d yo-u k-ki-s.." I capture his lips again, this time hungry with need for my little one. He gasps, obviously not expecting this, but nonetheless returning the needy gesture. I reluctantly pull back before we go further, our foreheads touching with our eyes closed. After some seconds of relaxing in the silence, the boy in my arms hiccups with silent tears. I chuckle. My crybaby. Mine. I kiss away his tears then hold his face tenderly, " baby, look at me. Look at me, bunny........ OK now, are you listening??" He nods, biting his quivering lip. "I don't like you...at all. Do you know why??" he's starting to cry again, shaking his head. "Because I love dumbass."
