*ONE SHOT* Lucius's had a brother that after Hogwarts wanted to move to america. Eximious then married a pureblood witch and had a daughter samantha. Samantha was a great and powerful witch who was top of her class, she attended the magic school of Ilvermorny. Her father wanted her to go to Hogwarts with her cousin who were very close, but his wife was becoming weak and could not make the trip. So he made the choice to stay in America but also have his brother's family come over a lot to hopefully get their impact on her.
