This fanfiction is about the Shadowhunters of the New York institute and the LA institute. This takes place right after the Dark Artifices. The gang ends up on a dangerous adventure with mystery, as they find themselves back in 1903 London with James Herondale and the Merry theives. They go back in time (not willingly), trying to unravel unfortold mysteries that take them on daunting roads. And yes you read correctly. THEY GO BACK IN TIME. hope you like it! This book reimagines The Infernal Devices so that Ella didn't die, and Jem wasn't turned into Brother Zachariah. I haven't hammered out everything about the story, like whether Will is "cursed" or not, but I will soon! Enjoy for now!

It's 2017 when Will, Tessa, and Jem wake up after a strange encounter with a deranged warlock. iPhones, highschool, dating, and average teenage life shouldn't be so strange, for a bunch of kids who never remember being born in the 1800s, but for a pop star, a cancer survivor, and the boy even his own family has labeled as a drug addict, it is. New and modern, 2017 William Herondale is pretty sure he's insane, especially when he feels himself falling for a pop star he's never even met. . . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ' He was closer now, almost to the stage. The lights were almost dazzlingly bright but he could just make out. . . Theresa Gray. Their eyes met. And all the memories of 160 years before flooded back into his mind like a tidal wave set on destruction. The Shadowhunter world has been hit by a flurry of attacks, small mysterious deaths here and there but it all adds up. The Council doesn't seem to find it worth investigation yet but the members of the New York Institute do. The team of the Mortal Instruments, joined by Emma Castairs, a victim of the attacks, and her to be parabati, Jules, along with the freshly Ascended Simon, they decide to investigate. They are aided by Tessa, as she is reunited with Jem but as they investigate they struggle to stay as they were, will Tessa's heart be broken once again? Note: I have not read Tales from The Shadowhunter Academy yet so this doesn't include anything revealed in them.

This is a Wessa modern highschool AU from Cassandra Clare's The Infernal Devices. I'll throw in a few other characters of my own, but they're mostly all her. It's really a great series and I 10/10 suggest checking it out. Tessa Gray's life changed ever since that moment her brother had died. Wracked with grief, her Aunt Harriet is unable to have her as a constant reminder of him and sends her to a boarding school in England. Tessa learns that her friend from London would be close enough to visit one day, but how close was he? Find out more in A Strange Way. Internet friends forever!!!!!
