Perhaps it's not too late to make the heart of this Hyde flicker? *** This story is set in an imagined season 4 of the show. It's told entirely in Tyler's POV as he navigates Nevermore after having learned to control his Hyde (well, somewhat at least... you'll see!). It also features a slow burn (because I don't think there is any other way to do this, as there is a lot of healing and mending needed) romance between him and Wednesday.

The students of Nevermore return after a chaotic semester, and with them comes the monster that once tormented the woods-Tyler Galpin. As the students attempt to rebuild their lives, a new threat begins to creep through the streets of Jericho, hunting the people one by one. When Wednesday finds out about Capri's intention and together they go find Enid. Capri and Tyler are on good terms. They are not exactly friends but acquaintances. As Capri suddenly vanishes his father Callum gets worried and due to old age isn't as agile as the young Hydes. Tyler steps up and offers to help as returning a favour unknown of the fact that Wednesday is with Capri.
