This the story of that Whale, the great Leviathan.

In Atacames, he finds more than rum and brief shore leave. He finds work, friendship among locals and sailors alike, and a quiet, clear-eyed young woman whose kindness cuts deeper than any harpoon. As the call of the whale ship clashes with the pull of this new home, Henry is forced to choose between the brutal certainties of the sea and the fragile promise of another future on land. *Atacames* is a historically tinted tale of salt and sun, of a drifting soul who discovers that sometimes the greatest voyage is the one that leads you into the unknown.

Sylvia, a young bottlenose dolphin, is forced to flee from Peru after a traumatic event, and embarks on a journey through the Pacific Ocean full of enemies, danger, obstacles, and even a few new friends to the one place she will call home. On her journey, Sylvia learns that you must be persistent to reach your goal and that something you thought was all evil, or a nasty enemy, might have a silver lining. Note: This story was written originally a long time ago, for a short story competition, but unfortunately I didn't win so I thought people on Wattpad might want to read it, since my family like this story. I have written Orphan of the Ocean to raise awareness about dolphin hunting in the seas of Peru, and I hope that you look upon dolphins with a new perspective after you read this.

Playing at the edges of pods, listening to the slow grammar of the deep, learning which hungers are necessary and which are not. The old rhythms of predator and prey make a kind of sense, until one day they don't. Far below the creaking hull of the Essex, another presence moves through the blue: vast, scarred, and not as unknowing as men like to believe. Between what swims above and what swims below, a quiet reckoning begins. Omens mount-sounds in the timbers no one can name, absences no one can explain, and a growing suspicion among the crew that they are not simply crossing the sea, but intruding on something that was never theirs. Based on the true fate of the Essex, The Siren Song of the Essex is a dark sea-myth about cruelty and recompense, about what the ocean remembers, and how it decides, in its own time and language, what is owed.

Ashley's life is turned upside down when her mother is killed in a car accident. Leaving her hometown in Canada, she is forced to move back to Australia with her father whom she hasn't seen since her parents split when she was five. As much as she wants to leave and return to Canada, Ashley decides to stay when she meets Ryan who is protecting a Bottlenose dolphin abandoned by its mother. Ryan and Ashley, as well as his family, does everything they can do to protect Cleo and other dolphins from Japanese whalers who are due to past by the bay in any day now. But it isn't easy to protect them when a girl from their school has a father who is a whaler. And when she tells her father about Cleo, Ashley, Ryan and his sister finds themselves out at sea to stop the whalers.
