It's 2003 and Maisie's 'match-maker' friend, Lily, is trying to get her to go on a date with their friend, Alex Turner. She's pretty awkward when it comes to dating, he seems like he knows exactly what he's doing when he's dating. Maisie feels like she can't be near Alex now. Lily keeps giving her these eyes to ask him out, but she don't want to. It'll make things awkward and that's what she's scared of. She doesn't like dating full-stop, though she wants a boyfriend, she even wants to get married someday. The possibilities if that are decreasing rapidly. Will Maisie ever get a boyfriend, or will she remain single for the rest of her life?

Before all the fame and money, Arctic Monkeys were just a small band in Sheffield, that's where we begin. When Alex meets Emily he doesn't think a simple, average second with a stanger would have changed his life. This story is fiction so it doesn't follow the bands exact start. Dates and times are not strict. Sorry if it bothers anyone but the release of the songs in this story won't be in strict order, I know they represent different time periods so I will try my best to keep it the same but if a certain song fits to a certain point I will probably include it.
