This is just something I wrote and I was inspired by well, a friend who meant, and still means a lot to me, who decided I wasn't enough? It's complicated. Sometimes, I'm not sure what my purpose is, so I write my thoughts down. I turn them into words on paper. I voice my emotions on a screen, words speaking what my lips could never. Pigeon Blue, a sixteen year old girl attending an all girls elite high school, Pastell Academy. Where the culture and uniforms are brightly color coded. There's sunshine, chirping birds and poise. Except, Pigeon doesn't remember life before high school. She barely recalls her family's faces, similar to those of her peers. All she knows is that she wasn't always named after a shade of blue. Certainly there was a life before the pastel colored prison, right? The only way to find out is through. And she'll have to become apart of the top girl group of the school. Miss Blue will have to embrace both the honor and horror of becoming one of The Girls in Pale. No matter the consciousness. Welcome to Pastell.
