Justin, Chaz, Ryan and Emily have been bestfriends since diapers. Hey where great friends until Justin Bieber got famous. That's when eveything went downhill. Chaz and Ryan would occasionally fly up to see him when they where invited by Justin but Emily was never invited. It was almost like he forgot about her.
