Through land and corruption reforms, along with state capitalism, the Republic of Vietnam thrives, it's northern neighbor starting to falter due to unfortunate failures in their land reform systems. Things were looking up for South Vietnam, at last. However, a strange gate has opened up on District 1 of Saigon, just 15 miles away from the Presidential Palace. *IMPORTANT*: ALL CHARACTERS FROM GATE ARE NOT MINE.
