Inspired by two songs When the Day Met the Night & Golden Days -- both by Panic! at the Disco. ------ -------------- ------ Instead of going to the beach or hanging out with friends, Serena Clarke spends her summer underneath the tree in her front yard with a book in her hand. Jack Brown spends his summer contemplating his existence and battling his depression. One day, when Jack is on a walk to clear his mind, he sees Serena. She is beautiful and Jack instantly falls in love with the sight of her. He begins to walk down her street more often because just the sight of her made him beyond happy. Serena notices the boy eventually and confronts him. He looked like he was barely hanging on. But her eyes saved his life in the middle of the summer...
