You grew, you learned something new, you are a better person for offering forgiveness and moving on. It's hard when your children look to you for answers you don't have, but everyone will be ok if you're ok. Feel everything, the good, the bad, the ugly, but then set it down somehow (I write about it) so that you can smile and laugh with joy you can only feel without the weight of the negative behind your breast.
