Set after Vocal Canvases. The ACME Detective Agency has based now in San Francisco for quite a while. In the process of things changing for the agency, a death without warning stirs up business and personal lives. Two children are thrown into a new circumstance with their lives and part of that has them becoming ACME's newest detectives. Carmen Sandiego should better watch out.

Agent Y/LN is a juvenile agent, working for A.C.M.E., a secret detective agency, whose main goal is to stop V.I.L.E.'s evil schemes in their tracks. In order to handle more missions at one time, the juvenile agents have each been assigned a low-threat V.I.L.E. Operative to apprehend, and in that process, keep them from succeeding..and who more apt than Mime Bomb to be the agent's assigned villain? But the clock is ticking. The various crimes are getting far more dangerous than before..will Agent Y/LN be able to stop him, or will they..run out of mime? When Carmen Sandiego runs a job to stop a large shipment of drugs from entering a small southern town in the U.S.A., she finds herself face to face with a masked figure already on the job. While dealing with VILE agents, she finds herself face to face with a vigilante who works with the same goals but with a wildly differing ideology. This takes place between seasons 2 and 3 of Carmen Sanidego. I tried to write it for fun as a darker than normal episode of the show and to test the waters for the reception of a darker story involving Carmen as well as advertising the preview of Alone, which the character Richard who appears in this story is from.
