When one Dr. Byran Drachine escapes from custody, Whiskers and her mom, Fluffy, a cat who, like herself, had successfully broken free of the Linoleum Cat Prison's bars thanks to her step dad, Griffen, a former Linoleum Cat Prison guard who helped put his psycho boss behind bars, are in for a bad surprise. Griffen's old boss, Bill Frotnart, is back and in action, pursuing his determined dream to enslave all cats so he can take control of the animal world, and now he has Dr. Drachine on his side. Whiskers, Griffen, and Fluffy are persistent to stop this from happening. When I realized the two kids I had to baby sit were evil master minds, taking orders from a fish?
