Let me stay, you don't have a choice." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As an unforseen trouble arises in the ravine, Whisperwind catches a fish with the scents of five other DreamClan cats; Smallwave, Shrillfern, Silentleaf, logfur, and her brother Fallensky. They must embark on a dangerous journey to find a special herb that can heal the cats with Maggot-Cough, a deadly disease carried by flies, that makes their victims cough up maggots. After the cats leave, Whisperwind can't help but follow them and make a decision: loose her brother's trust, or loose her brother altogether.

Snowkit finds himself alone. Deaf and with a sharp pain in his leg, he is scared. Bright Stream, being in the same situation a long time ago, guides the kit, since she is the only thing the poor thing can hear. From kit to warrior Fallen Eagle sets out to find the cats in the mountains. Bright Stream guides him to his new home. But the journey may or may not be successful...
