You guys know the infamous story, but this is a twist, this is a retelling of the famous story. My name is Kassidy Ride, I'm the third oldest in the flock, and I'm here to tell you our story, my version, because it's a tad different then Max's.

Disclaimer I do not own The Avengers Or Maximum Ride. This story is about a girl similar to the flock, what happens when she meets the Flock and The Avengers? I apologize if I get facts wrong its been a while since I read the Maximum Ride series and I don't know much about The Avengers so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. This is my first story enjoy

You helped them escape but they forgot about you, not intentionally but because you made them. You knew that in order to help them escape you'd have to be a diversion and stay. Max and the flock would come back for you but would end up getting caught so you did what was best and erased there memory. But once you escape fate brings you to the flock. Angel is close to discovering your past but you block her out. How long can you keep that up? What will you tell Iggy if he finds out your the reason for him going blind? Did I mention fang is your older brother by 10 months? But then again it doesn't matter your alone. Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters nor do I own the book series maximum ride.

Maximum Ride is about to set out on the experience of a lifetime: high school. Max thinks she's all in it alone at her new school when a group of students take her under their wings. Literally, saying that this school is strictly bird-kids only. Max and her new flock, as they call themselves, must figure out how to navigate high school, relationships and fathers coming back from the dead and try not to make too many enemies along the way.

To them I'm subject 1 but to those who dared to venture here you can call me JAX. Just remember, not everything in this world is perfect, because even if you can't see them doesn't mean they're not there lurking in the darkest of shadows watching, observing and then striking when you least expect it. And just as you realize that they did indeed strike, it will be too late and you'll be to far gone for others to hear your screams and pleas.

Jupiter is a fourteen-year-old (maybe) winged bird like like the Flock. He has been sold to the School and have been experimented on just like the Flock. But unlike them, he has joined forces with the School, and he has been helping them as much as he possibly can. He will do whatever it takes to make the Whitecoats pleased with him. He knows of the Flock, has seen them before they escaped from the School with Jeb, but the Flock knows nothing of him. He is unknown to them. And that's how he likes it. He doesn't want them to know about it. He doesn't want anything to do with them, and that's only because he despises them. And he doesn't know why he does. But then the Whitecoats send him on a mission to get the Flock and take them back to the School, going against what he wants. What will happen once the Flock and Jupiter meet? Will he change the way he feels towards them? Or will his feelings stay the same? Will his hatred change to love? Will the mission be fulfilled, or will he drop the mission for good just to save the Flock?
