A collection of poetry and short stories written while I was been treated for depression, anxiety and epilepsy at a psychiatric institute. These poems and stories are inspired by people I met and things I experienced.

These are just some tips on if you want to shift realities.

Warning that this one goes pretty deep within myself. Not for the faint of heart of those who are just looking for someone to hate on. This is a first person reflective piece so please show respect with any comments. Thank you for reading.
