Jason turned twenty-two years old, a mere few weeks ago, blowing the candles out on a homemade cake with his mother and step-father and their absolutely ancient dog. He doesn't make a wish. He was graduating in the spring with high honors, two majors. He'd been interviewing with law schools and they had gone swimmingly. He'd been working on his photography portfolio and earned high praise from his professors. He liked his friends. He liked his shitty apartment. After grieving his husbands death, Marvin is to learn how to deal with it. After his shrink married his ex wife and he being able to see his only son, on just the weekends, he is left with nothing much but memories. He soon finds himself stuck as he hallucinates his husband to his side. Through this heartbreaking journey, Marvin learns that sometimes when things aren't the best, they can get worse and that's okay.

After Marvin kicked the young Whizzer Brown out of his house, he only knew one thing for certain: He was back to square one. He didnt have a stable home anymore, that was Marvin's. He wasnt in a relationship anymore. He didnt have money. Then again, why did Whizzer feel like he was unstoppable?
