[Oneshot] Miguel was once a simple boy. A Filipino immigrant in the United States. It wasn't easy for him and his family, especially with all the racism that goes around. Not to mention, his anxiety problem. When everything goes downhill and it feels like there is nowhere to go, a special someone comes to him and gives him the biggest inspiration one could receive and fuel Miguel into making the next worldwide phenomena. Join Miguel in the story of his life and how he came from nothing and worked his way into the limelight, all for those he has loved and lost. •❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅• This short story is originally made for my English project for school, and as well as an entry for the short story showcase in our Academic Week event. This is also heavily inspired by the musical genius Lin-Manuel Miranda. I want to dedicate this to him, even if he doesn't know about it. He's inspired me a lot and has gotten me into songwriting. Even if it seems impossible, I aspire to make a musical about Filipino heroes, same as how he did with Hamilton. This honestly took me about an entire week to make, so I hope this doesn't fail. Thank you for deciding to check out this story and for just reading this description! •❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅• Cover is made by yours truly. This is also partially based off the song Lemon Boy by Cavetown.

After Alexander Hamilton's death, his wife, Eliza, sends letters to all his friends that he once knew. She tried he best to remember all of them that he had mentioned in his 47 years of life, and she had help too, from her sister. Angelica Church sailed away from her home and husband in England to mourn with her sister. Isolated, full of grief and anger, the last thing they expected was to hear of the remaining survivors of the story of tonight.

A Hamilton fan fiction about Eliza's role in history after her husband's death. This covers Eliza's emergence as the hero, retelling Alexander's story. It journeys through her grief and thoughts, and eventual strengthening. Basically my idea of the aftermath of "The World Was Wide Enough", and the events during "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story". With a happy afterlife for our two main characters. The main ship in the story is Hamliza. I have no idea what I was thinking while writing the tags. This story will not be extremely accurate, historically, because I kinda wanted to do my own thing, and wanted to imagine the events based off just what the musical provided, plus a few popular historically canon references. My apologies in advance if that is not what you generally like. Enjoy! -Swizticle

The Revolutionary war came and went but unlike history, John Laurens lives to tell the tale. However, that doesn't help Alexander when he is shot right between his ribs, close to death. How will everyone else react? . . (Cover by little_miss_phantom on Instagram)

Time was such a strange melody. When Peggy had died, Eliza felt like the day lasted just a second. Short, pure with pain, incomprehensible as she lost her younger sister to the hands of death. When her mother died, the night felt like early morning, the beginning of just another sorrowful day. When Philip, her son, threw away his shot, the day was slow, never ending, a loop of misery that crawled to her insides and resided on her very own soul. When Alexander laid with Eliza for the last time, holding her hand, the day was like a hurricane- quiet, but ever so loud inside her mind. Time was such a strange melody, and she felt like she was running out of time. "Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing." -Benjamin Franklin (The story of the woman who gave up her life to save her husband's legacy. But, who will tell her story?)
