Vanessa is always waiting for something exhilarating to happen in her life. She always asks herself why is it never her that is out having fun with her friends or why can't she be the one with a cool boyfriend. But when Vanessa goes to Paris to learn about her family and her past, she discovers new secrets along the way. Will Vanessa be able to fight for her life? Or are her problems a lot more than she can handle? Is it finally time for her to ask herself the question - Why is it always me?
