Twenty years after the end of the Omnic Crisis, the heir to the Wayne family returns to his hometown after eight years studying abroad, and although his return is met by the flash of cameras and the endless attention from the media, it is also met by unfortunate news. The death of an old friend will reunite him with the closest thing he has to a family, and lead him to start that for which he has been preparing for the last eight years; the fulfillment of the promise he made upon his parents' graves. A promise, a vow to rid the world of all evil, to wage war against those who seek to harm the innocent, an eternal crusade against crime and injustice. This is not the story of a man, this is the story of a symbol. A symbol of fear for some, but for many others, a symbol of hope. A beacon of justice, a legend... this is the story of the Batman.

Follow Mercy as she figures out her roll in Overwatch. While she faces her conflicting thoughts, a certain someone teaches her how to face her fears and be strong. How will she deal with all these resurfacing emotions? Will she be able to handle the pressure to be more than a healer?

It's been six months since Angela and Amelie had started dating. They had saved each other in more ways than each could count. Deciding to leave their organizations to pursue a relationship together. Putting the importance of their love above all else including allegiances and battle lines. Although, not everything was what it seemed. A storm was coming to the newly in love couple. On one side, someone close to Angela isnt the biggest fan of Amelie. On the other was Talon, the organization that definitely had not been so enthused by their best operative and assassins just leaving them behind. In the six months, Talon had created another elite killer to hunt down and destroy the one formerly known as Widowmaker. Meanwhile... It was December and Christmas was approaching. Angela was happy as could be, coffee in hand; searching to the perfect gift for one Amelie Lacroix to go with her proposal for Amelie to move into a place together. To take the next step in their relationship.

[ACT 1] In this alternate timeline, Talon and Overwatch are forced to team up to face another threat which leads to two snipers from each faction discovering a deep connection amongst each other that no one expected.
