The Thornfield's and the Scott's have always been close, ever since Mary met Laura back in high school all those years ago. However, their sons, Wilson Thornfield and Brando Scott, have never seemed to get along. Wilson always found Brando to be loud and obnoxious. Brando always found Wilson to be too quiet and snarky. And every year, like clockwork, both families go to the woods for their yearly Christmas getaway. One week, one lodge, two families. Brando and Wilson usually have an unspoken truth to stay out of each other's way. However, on the night that the adults go out to town for their annual night out, a snowstorm hits, preventing them from driving back. Cutting out the phone signals. Locking the boys inside. Together. Mainly, Wilson was more then excited to see his best friend since childhood, Bran. But lately, to Wil, Bran has been more then just a "childhood best friend". Through the 6 1/2 hour drive to Marfa from Austin, Wil has been thinking of him more often, as more. As Wilson and Bran slowly gain each others trust again, they go on a road trip to Austin together, where everything just goes downhill. I had to make another because the other story was just NOT published my finished drafts and it was pmo so here we are 😁 Again, tysm and credits user356954 for the idea for this fanfic.
