Though they are young and inexperienced, the five apprentices must leave the safety of the lake and travel far beyond Clan territory. Along the way they will face strange lands, and difficult choices. They must learn to trust one another-even though they come from different Clans.

My story submission for the ONC 2026!!! Everyone knows Shade as a shy, smart, and tech-savvy cat. But when Wildcat notices Shade leaving in the middle of the night every single day, he suddenly finds it suspicious. He tells Ryder and Chase, and out of curiosity, they both try to follow her one night. But what they saw was nothing they expected. Something was behind that shady smile of hers.
