A poem of hope and rejuvenation in a time of destruction

I'm going to rate different books.

A.short story.

Aiden is an 18 year old transgender boy from Los Angeles. He was never appreciated by his family, the opposite, but he always refused to see that. Even after they left him behind in a burning house. He still believed they loved him, he had big faith in people. And so did Apollo, a stray dog with a similar experience with people as Aiden. They find each other during one of California wildfires and Apollo is determined to protect Aiden at every cost. Incredible faith in people is what connects, but also separates them.

Fires sweep over the Spring Court and the Fairy Foxglove a simple Cultivator may be the realms only hope for the realms future and the Darker schemes at play.

Two versions will be included. The first being one I wrote in February, 2017. The second is a rewritten version I made in January, 2019. The story follows a young girl driven to run away from home, only to meet a not so fortunate fate. I made this to show improvement in my writing and storytelling. It was so fun to remake and I hope you enjoy it :)

The disease spreads like wildfire. You can barley tell you have it, apart from the small mark on your neck and the side effects. But you know its there.

A forest fire was about to consume a village. Their only hope - a nine-year old boy wizard.

"Get up, Raksha. You can't give up. Listen to yourself, your pack is calling you." In Yellowstone National Park there is a female wolf who is destined to become leader of the pack, but one day her birth pack is destroyed by a rival pack. Her territory was also destroyed by a wildfire, and now she strikes out in the wilderness as a loner. Being alone is hard, but will Raksha be able to find a mate and create her own clan?

This poem was shelved from the project it was intended for, but with the climate debates and the state of global warming in general, now seems as good a time as any to release it. Please do your part in the fight against climate change, it's more important now than it ever was.
