Wildflame Stories

Stella Izar has been chasing the stars for almost her entire life, and is finally going to join them. She is one of four astronauts chosen to go on a mission to Mars to see if it is habitable enough to house humankind until they can save the dying Earth, but before they can get there, disaster strikes. A piece of space junk collides with their ship, and Stella wakes up somewhere she has never been before. As she tries to adjust to her new surroundings, something stirs in the stars. Is Earth dying at the hands of humans, or is it being harvested?

Lila is an orphan. She has been since she was little. Lila lives in an orphanage, but it soon becomes clear to not just her, but the other orphans, that she is different. Lila is sometimes terrified of fighting; sometimes she can't stop herself dreaming of it. Sometimes she listens intently in class; sometimes her mind starts to wander, and she finds her paper covered in pictures of a beautiful, flaming bird, and a girl with long brown hair. Lila starts to realise things about her past, present, and future, that prove to be dangerous not only for her, but for those whom she is protecting.
