So everyone has probably seen the type of story where Clint Barton is a demigod son of Apollo... But what if, instead he was the UNCLE to a demigod son of Apollo, Will Solace to be exact. Will's mother dies in a tragic fire, but with only one living relative in the New York area, he has no choice but to go live with him. Him being his new uncle that he just discovered existed. And his uncle being none other than Clint Barton, more famously known as Hawkeye. There's a slight problem though, Will has a bit of a grudge against the archer and possibly even a score to settle... Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all. Nico, if described by anyone else, was not a partying/clubbing/outdoors/people person. Really in truth he just didn't have much time to be doing anything with how much work he did. Working morning shifts in a cafe kind of ruined the mood to get hungover on the weekly, or monthly, or ever. Except one time, there was a bank holiday and the cafe was closed...Nico didn't have to work early in the morning. So naturally he let Percy drag him out to a random club. Nico hadn't been expecting to step into a club at all this year, even less had he been expecting to meet a tall blonde with a smile that reminded him of the sun.
