Salem Newton was the new girl in town. After an intense argument with her parents, she left her hometown with her grandmother's inheritance and her older brothers old car. She drove until she was pulled over by a nearby Z patrol. They escorted her to the town after finding out the situation, they offered her a place of her own as well as time to continue her education. She accepted the offer. In a heartbeat, and after a few months, she was fully settled into the town. She had joined the track team, quickly becoming their champion runner.
