Whitney Stiles lives with her father Willard, who is just as antisocial as she is, and her sick grandma. When they find rats swarming the walls of their home, their sanity will become a roller coaster ride.

I am here to first of all introduce Willard! And the cage. Willard! And the cage is a live jukebox musical theatre play I am currently writing that consists of songs from the avant-garde Will wood and his album "In case I make it" and some from his album Camp here and there as well as being inspired by the comedy horror film Willard. Willard! And the cage follows a 16-year-old boy named Willard and his rat Socrates in a tragicomedy with a bittersweet ending. Willard is a Scottish teenager that has been isolated from most of his classmates in schools for reasons he does not fully understand. This RUAE will be written in the context of a script/novel such as directing when a character appears on stage but still reading like a book/novel. And for the record this story isn't perfect since it's meant to be a musical. However, I will leave links for each musical number through Spotify or YouTube (With a few exceptions which I apologise for the censoring on the school iPads on which I write this are horrible) depending on which is most suitable. Aubrey Carson is about to start her senior year of high school at Hilton Academy, and she's excited to finally be named cheer-leading captain and class president. However, the summer before her senior year, she finds a letter from her school on her counter. It states that due to budget cuts, her school Hilton Academy is merging with their long-time rival Willard Academy. Aubrey is shocked and upset; she was looking forward to spending her senior year with all her friends, and now she's going to have to face the annoying Willard kids in her school, most of whom are hot but irritating older guys. Join Aubrey as she navigates through the newly merged Oakhill Academy, dealing with friendship and relationship drama, and trying to look past her first assumptions about the kids from Willard.
