For the first time in twenty-five years, they can finally feel the world again, and their bond with Julie has become something electric, something real. But as Julie and Luke discover that their connection goes far beyond the music, the rest of the band is finding their own reasons to stay. Alex is determined to save Willie from the shadows of the Ghost Club. Meanwhile, Reggie finds an unexpected, chaotic ally in Flynn, proving that sometimes the best rhythm comes from the person you least expected. However, Caleb Covington is watching from the darkness, and he's using a familiar face to get even closer to Julie. The music brought them back. Their hearts made them visible. Both of the Boys start liking each other, but don't notice. How will they confess and what will happen after? This book contains Fluff, maybe angst, but no smut. Reggie has been in love with his best friend for as long as he can remember but there's one problem. Maybe two problems. Both of them are guys. They also happen to be dead. Whoops. This is what I think should have happened in season 2 - ish. With a little bit of 🏳️‍🌈 :) #1 in Ruke!

Julie and the boys have played The Orpheum, fulfilling the boys' dream to perform. They disappear afterward. They show up in the studio, the jolts almost killing them. Julie hugs them, the jolts stop. What happens the next morning when "Nick" comes to congratulate Julie on their performance?

Now the boys are playing for Caleb at the Hollywood Ghost Club as The Phantoms because they never met Julie. Julie never met the boys so she never played Bright and got back into the music program. Where does that leave her? That's not all that changed. Julie never met Luke, so she never fell in love with him and got over her feelings for Nick. But she also thinks she likes Flynn, or at least she did in the original time line. Reggie never figured out he had feelings for Luke and Luke never got some peace with his parents. The only thing that hasn't changed is Willie and Alex, but there's even something different about them. The boys start realizing something is off when they break Caleb's one rule and leave the club and run into Julie. They all remember her from something, but what? Being that they're already dead, the boys figure they have nothing to lose and continue to leave the club to find more out about Julie. Will they all start to remember, or is Julie and the Phatoms seperated for good?
