This is not a romance. Kinda 😉 -- She was Vought's greatest success. A living weapon forged in the same laboratories that created Homelander. The difference was that she escaped. Secretly working against the corporation that made her, feeding information to The Boys while walking a thin line between hero, celebrity, and ticking time bomb. Old wounds reopen. And the closer El gets to bringing Vought down, the more she discovers that the most dangerous thing in her life isn't the company that created her. It's the man who grew up in the cage beside hers. As governments fall, alliances fracture, and war looms on the horizon, El must decide whether she can save the world without becoming the very thing she was created to be. -- (OCXVARIOUS) Dark romance vibes, toxic romance vibes. -- Follows the canon story mostly, so if you've watched the show this story will more than liking have all the same triggers.
