Will Solace lives in a musical. Only, he's the only one that can hear the singing. Will has never wanted anything more than to shine in the spotlight until he meets him. Nico di Angelo, the boy of his dreams. But, there's something off about this boy. It may or may not have to do with those scars that he hides under his aviator jacket... Nico di Angelo hates his life. All he wants is to get away from his abusive boyfriend. Finally, the opportunity arises. Nico di Angelo has finally gotten his big break. After months of tirelessly working at a dumpy, small town newspaper, he gets the opportunity of a lifetime: a job offering at The New York Times, and a new life in the Big Apple. But, Nico's life isn't nearly as glamorous as he pictured, and things only get worse when a blond-haired idiot named Will Solace hits Nico with a bike. Will is charming, stubborn, and optimistic. Every characteristic Nico hates shoved into one extremely obnoxious person. Unfortunately, with no one but an editor that hates him, a drunk neighbor who makes a living by cheating in poker, and a photographer with a mysterious past, Nico realizes that Will is the closest thing to a friend he has. Reluctantly, Nico allies with Will to survive his chaotic new life in the city. But things get even worse when Nico starts to develop feelings for Will. A bunch of solangelo oneshots (hence the title) ranging from fluff to angst to whatever the hades I just wrote. Get ready for some really chaotic solangelo stuff spawned from my messy and unpredictable brain. Almost everything is written on a whim so don't say I didn't warn you.

Nico is a thief, and Will is a prince, and they are very doomed. Really, it probably started when Nico robbed the king. Or maybe when he winked at the prince from across the marketplace. Or maybe when he orchestrated thrilling castle escapes, humiliating the royal family and guard without so much as breaking a sweat. Or, maybe it was just when he first noticed that Prince William is incredibly handsome. Yeah, that's probably what doomed them, actually--because after that, any hope of living relatively normal lives flew completely out the carriage window. But hey--Nico /is/ a thief after all, so maybe it's not so shocking that he'd steal Will's heart, too. _______ Just your average, very rushed (and very cliché) royalty AU... _______ Someone needs to stop me. Despite the stories Mother told as fact, he feared the Titans and wished nothing more than to leave and explore the world, even though it would risk his immediate death by the evil gods.
