~Rest in peace Atsushi's Sakurai I started writing this 2 years before he passed. When he passed I completely gave up on this fanfic until now. Out of all the babies born at this hospital on this day, only one baby is born with blue eyes, a mysterious head of hair that was red, and no cries come out of her when she is born. Her name is Winter Barres, and her spirit is like the flame that burns through the winter-engulfed sky.

Cassie is a member in Pod 16. On of 20 pods. All the same. They enter realms to escape reality. And they rarely speak to each other in the real. But when Cassie figures out some dark secrets of the pods after a terrible storm, what will become of her? Will she be alright or will she be sucked into a world where everything she thought she knew doesn't matter. And the only thing that does matter is survival.

This is a pilot version of a story I may or may not write. Basically the premise is that several people are issued PDAs equipped with a self aware sentient AI that will help give them tactical advice and tell them where other people with similar PDAs are. Furthermore, each PDA links with a person's mind and allows them to fight with a spirit version of their own will, which can take on various shapes and forms and come with a variety of abilities. The key is for each PDA user, known as "Players", to use their PDAs willpower fighting technology to beat other opponents and collect their "Will". Collect enough "Will" and you'll win the game. There can only be one winner. Depending on future circumstances, I may or may not develop this further into a full fledged story. Enjoy!
